You know in our a couple of our Rouxbe courses, we've got a you know, a couple of pies or or torts that are based on chocolate that are plant-based and they have nice nut crusts and some other spices and flavorings that go into the the chocolate filling and those are You know, they're not as quick as dipping things in chocolate, but they're pretty quick and especially nice is that they can be made ahead of time and they hold very nicely and they're elegant and you can certainly dress them up as you plate them so you can make them fit different occasions and don't forget the use of edible flowers which can really make the plating look beautiful. But you know, that's a suggestion and I think that same vein you can take that filling and then presented in different ways like you can put it into a little parfait cup to make it present like moose or you know other edible or non edible containers or vessels appropriate to the occasion.
