Yeah, I mean the the basic process is that you make soy milk you strain the the leaves or the Kurds out and then you add a coagulant to the milk and then you set it and as far as all the details go, you know, I would direct you toward, you know, one of the many many sources probably on the Internet or at your neighborhood library in terms of a book Source.
