Question:
I am wondering about all the best options for ingredients, including gluten-free ones.?
— Nancy Wright
Answer:
Well Nancy, the lightly gelled fruit soups with that. We saw just a little while ago with fruit on them seasonal fruit can be just a wonderful option. They're really pretty to look at look at they can be made ahead other gluten free options are To my mind always Thanksgiving is no exception. It's a nice time to have a chocolate truffle after dinner. They are naturally gluten-free unless you make a cake truffle using cake crumbs from a cake with you know flour, but I'm thinking about infusing the ganache with pumpkin pie type spices. And rolling them in chopped. Pumpkin seeds for example, that would be in keeping with the holiday. That would be a nice dessert.
