Answer:

Gluten-free pie crust is not something that I have found to be successful in a vegan way, but you can make a pressed crest for example, and that's not a problem at all. We you know, I tend to go to things that are naturally gluten-free try the Bobs Red Mill one to one. All Purpose gluten-free baking flour. That's a really good option for that.
