It's going to be up to you. So Vegenaise, right or these vegan mayonnaise sort of products or based on oil and it's going to be up to you to decide if you want to use that or not. I personally I don't mind if you use the product but I want you to be satisfied with whatever results that you're after. Okay, so, you know, this brings me to a point where I'm going to spend maybe a minute or so and you talk about this idea of developing a food philosophy. you know many of us have A religion, right or some sort of a spiritual Guiding Light that that helps us through tough times and you know helps us deal with with questions and conundrums and you know, I think when it comes to food, which for me is a big deal and I think it's a good idea that we develop a personal food philosophy and one that will help us move through these difficult times and and challenging questions like shall I eat vegan mayonnaise? It's an individualized question. And you know, it's not one that I can answer for other people, but I'm certainly happy to sort of talk about it and to maybe encourage you to think more about it. Okay, but think about what you value, you know, and you know, whether it's your health whether it's a place of origin of a food item the way it's processed. You know, what it is you want to put Your body from a processed food standpoint and maybe other considerations and then go forth and compile your shopping list. All right. Thank you.
