Question:
As we should not be using oil, is it okay to use Coconut Milk for some Asian dishes?
— Archna Dhingra
Answer:
The quick answer is yes, totally up to you. You know, I will say that, you know, if you're working with a graded assignment to please stick with sort of the the base procedure. Okay associated with that assignment. So in other words the cooking method that's going to be emphasized and so that we can see and understand your under your your comprehension of the process. All right, in other words if coconut milk is added where maybe the base recipe isn't calling for it. Sometimes the coconut milk can cover up the details that we need to see in an assignment. Okay, but outside of that. Context for your daily cooking. It's totally up to you. Okay, and you know, give it give it a try if you want to use just coconut fat or if you want to use coconut milk, you know, give it a try both ways and see what works best for you. All right. Thank you.
