Question:
I wanted to know how to make burritos in a fry pan without using oil so the tortilla doesn't stick to the pan.?
— Diane Brooks
Answer:
This is a tough question. And the the answer I think is going to be using non-stick pan, you know as we start to make some of these significant changes in the kitchen in this case to Omit oil, then we must make other changes to compensate for the role of oil in this case for particularly sticky items like the burrito that you've you've mentioned here. I think the non-stick pan or some sort of a non-stick surface is going to be the way to go now. You know the you you might do some experimenting here. This is option number three. There's oil. There's nonstick pan. And let's try this third one here. If you got a stainless steel pan, and you're gonna have to do some some experimentation with a temperature of the pan but you you might be able to get a thin metal spatula underneath that burrito and sort of pop it off the surface of the stainless steel pan. You know without it sticking or sticking too much what you're probably going to get is is one side. That's that's crispy. It's going to be caramelized and crispy which is going to create a different experience. I think when you eat the burrito, but that's those the ideas that I would suggest.
