Julieanna Hever - Eat Plants
Julieanna Hever shared her Plant-Based Food Guide Pyramid and Plate as well as her Notable Nutrient Source Chart to help you identify how to find all your necessary nutrients easily while pointing out which ones may require a bit of attention.
Because there are many myths surrounding plant-based eating, Julieanna will debunk the most pervasive ones, such as how much protein you really require and why ditching dairy won't cause your bones to dissolve. Eat Plants will help guide you towards a balanced, health-promoting diet in a simple, user-friendly way which you can apply all of your culinary skills towards deliciously achieving.
Eat Plants is a broad overview of the myriad benefits associated with following a plant-based diet and why it is ideal for weight management and achieving optimal health. Veg diets have been shown to not merely provide adequate nutrition, but to actually be more nutrient-dense than typical Western eating patterns.
