Here is another recipe for a vegan eggnog. This one is made with cashews and coconut milk — and it's very rich and creamy, more like a traditional eggnog.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups almond or non–dairy milk of choice
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground nutmeg
  • 3 tbsp, date paste, agave or maple syrup (or to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
To prepare the almond nog, in a high–speed blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve chilled or over ice.
