How does the 7-day trial work?
If you cancel your selected tuition plan option before the end of your 7-day trial, you won't be charged a thing. Rouxbe will even send you a reminder email on the fifth day of your free trial. Refunds cannot be issued once you have been charged.
How do I cancel?
Cancelling your account is easy. Click on the "Your Profile" page on the top of any page. Then go to the "Edit Your Profile" page. Here you will find a link to cancel your membership. You can also click on the "Contact Us" link in the footer and we will be happy to assist you.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. If you'd like to upgrade from Monthly to Annual or Lifetime, you can do this at anytime by going back to the "Membership Options" page and selecting your desired plan. Your Monthly recurring charges will cancel automatically.
How does the 30-day guarantee work?
If you don’t feel that your cooking has improved in the first 30 days, we’ll refund your tuition. Just drop us a note using the contact form at the bottom of any page.
Does the monthly and the annual recur automatically?
Yes. These are automatically billed to your credit card at the beginning of each new term unless you cancel your account. We cannot issue refunds once a new term has begun.
Why do I need to enter my credit card for the trial?
We need your billing information to reduce fraud and to verify that you have a valid credit card should you decide to keep your account open. This also prevents any interruption in service should you wish to continue after your trial.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept most credit cards and also offer a variety of other options that are noted on the Checkout page. You can also mail a check but this will not qualify you for the 7-day trial. Click on the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page if you'd like to pay by check.
Are there any additional fees charged?
No. You will have full access to the entire site with whatever plan you select. We may add additional features in the feature that you can opt into, but there is nothing more at this time.

Rouxbe spent months going through security measures with our payment processing partner and merchant bank to ensure that your credit card data is safe.
