What are your thoughts on the effectiveness of green coffee bean extract for health and weight/fat loss?

Answer:
So I don't believe in any superfoods or super nutrients on the flip side any demon nutrients or demon Foods, you know, I feel like it's really the preponderance of your diet what you eat overall what you eat on a day-to-day basis. That's the most important thing for health and for weight loss what you don't need is usually the most important thing for weight loss as opposed to what you are eating. But you know, I haven't really seen any compelling evidence on green coffee bean extract. I just these substances are we don't know the risks of them, you know, it's really, you know, it's not gonna substitute for a healthy diet and healthy lifestyle. So I don't suggest any of these kind of products. I just suggest eating and Whole Food plant-based diet eating less frequently decreasing your feeding window and choosing really carefully what you're eating overall for sustainable weight loss.
