What is a good cream substitute?

Answer:
For decades the cream substitute that was the vegan go-to was coconut full fat coconut milk or coconut cream. Today we have many different, we have commercial creams. Biolife makes a vegan cream that whips just like cream. And my friend Dory has made, um, cream scones with it that she says is very good. Cashew cream unsweetened is another cream substitute. That's very good. So I'm trying to think. There's Viola, I think silk brand makes a cream substitute as well. I haven't used it.
