So I live about, um, oh, I don't know, a half an hour from the mushroom capital of the world, Kenneth Square. Uh, last year I did a story for a mushroom month for Veg Veg World Magazine, and I went and spent the day at a mushroom farm. So I think Patrick has the link up for the Woodlands in Kennet Square Pennsylvania. Uh, mushroom is a huge industry here, and, uh, I have a, uh, someone who I work with who's a soup maker, and she buys her dried shiitake organic mushrooms from, uh, the Woodlands. And I will tell you that on the day that I went, the owner was happy to tell me that Martha Stewart had recently been there, and she was on the same walking individual tour that I was. So, uh, they're lovely people. Uh, this woman, uh, is the fifth generation in her family and the first female president of the organization. So if you have a chance to go and visit, but the website is wonderful and there's a very rich history, and I think you're gonna find some good mushrooms there.
