Is the head of the octopus edible?

Answer:
It certainly can be. It's, otherwise, it's totally up to you. Um, but, uh, you know, like any other sort of critter that we might eat, uh, the, the head also serves as the, the body. So you wanna clean it out, uh, of, of its guts, or its innards. And, uh, don't forget to remove the beak, and this would be true of squid as well. Uh, and then you can eat, um, you know, the, uh, the meat that's left over.
