What do you say about steaming the potato, I've been steaming a whole sweet potato on low heat for myself to save time while I'm doing other things?

Answer:

That sounds perfect. Yeah. Yeah, I think, um, you know, if you've got a solution that works for you, uh, you know, two thumbs up, right? I mean, that's, that's a, a great answer that fits your, your situation. And, um, uh, you know, I usually am, am dropping sweet potatoes into the oven at three 50 for, you know, if they're this big or so, you know, an hour and 15 minutes, hour and a half or so while I'm doing other things. And, um, uh, you know, once they start to ooze some of that, uh, sugary syrup, then that's how I, like, I know they're done. Um, just, you know, as a, as a comparison. Okay. But, uh, yeah, I mean, your method of steaming sounds perfect.
