Is it true that kidney beans are not good for you?

Answer:
I've never heard that kidney beans are not good for you unless there's some new scientific evidence upon that. I would back that pretty well. I mean, um, kidney beans are supposed to be good for you. In fact, I've heard they're good for your kidneys as well. Um, but yeah, I've never heard anything negative about kidney beans at all.
