Do you sharpen your knives regularly? Do you use a whetstone, etc or another type of sharpener?

Answer:
I have a wetstone on my window sill because it is the same size as a window sill, and it's very long. And I do prefer a wetstone because that lesson in Rouxbe is a great teaching lesson. And I also have a, a knife sharpener, uh, that I use occasionally, but the wetstone is what I use to sharpen my knives, the serrated knives I don't sharpen. Um, at my farmer's market, there's a knife sharpener and I will take these there. And every six months I take this to the knife sharpener man in the back of his truck. And, uh, he is very, very good about sharpening my knives.
