I’m currently a volunteer recipe tester for America’s Test Kitchen. Do you know of places where I could get experience doing plant based recipe testing?

Answer:
I think America's Test Kitchen is probably has some plant-based recipes. I'm seeing more anywhere Carol sent an email to me or anybody. You know, there are always people looking for recipe testers, cookbook developers, cooking school teachers are always looking for recipe developers. And if, and so I don't think you'll have a problem. Find some online groups, um, plant-based vegan groups and introduce yourself and, and let them know or you know, send me your information and I'll see what I can find out.
