Is there a rule for when to use fresh fruit or frozen fruit in a cooked dessert?

Answer:
So Andrea, I, if I'm using fresh fruit, it depends if it's berries, I don't always even cook them if it's raspberries, unless I'm making, you know, a coulee, which is a raspberry sauce, I will fold them into a dish later. Well, that's not really true. There's a, there's an unusual cobbler that we do with raspberries, but I use frozen berries a lot and I just don't defrost them. I'll just cook them a little bit longer. I keep organic frozen berries in my freezer.
