What are your thoughts on maple syrup as a sugar substitute overall?

Answer:
Well, I love maple syrup and I use it and many of my baked goods are made with maple syrup, but it, it, it's has vitamins, it has minerals and so it is not a stripped sugar and that makes it healthier, but it's still a sweetener. And so the idea is to think of desserts as a treat. But yeah, maple syrup in in Pennsylvania is great.
