What are the best foods to eat to get enough Calcium each day?

Answer:
That is your green leafy vegetables. It is your fish with bones in it. It is your broccoli, your almonds, your white beans, your figs. So Linda, I would suggest you print out a list of foods. Um, and I, I'm sorry Linda, I was assuming you didn't do dairy. And if you do dairy then you know you want your yogurt's a fabulous source of, of, um, calcium. Also milk products. Kefi is a really great source 'cause you're getting that fermentation from the kefi as well as the, as the yogurt. That's a really great way. So I would print out that list and make sure that you're getting three servings a day.
