What is your tip for learning to professional cut using a Chef's knife?

Answer:
We have a wonderful, uh, section on knife skills in most of our classes. So if you're in one of our classes, you should probably be able to find the knife skills section on those. So, um, that will walk you through those pretty well. We also have a free lesson, I believe. So if you go to the top of your page, even the one you're looking at, you can probably go to your dashboard and look up lessons, um, to be able to find where you can find, uh, some of the nice skills, uh, courses on those two.
