That means balance love laughter Harmony Joy all kinds of different things and a lot of different uses. A Catholic Ojo is a small 32 seat Cafe. We do Western Apache cooking and Cuisine and we try to expand food vocabulary in our community. We are on the White Mountain Apache reservation and about three and a half hours Northeast of Phoenix. So we're we're way out there. I kind of I kind of think about those old school French books. That would say if you want to get you know Regional Classical French cooking you have to go out to the countryside and Lyon or north of France South France. Kind of feel like we're in a way making that happen too. If you want to get some real patchy style foods and see a real Apache team. You got a, you know, get three at three and a half four hours away from the city and weigh on the boonies on the mountains on the wrist. That's where we're at.
