Question:
Warm milk at bedtime is so much better than chamomile tea. Ideas? Also, can I drink Almond Chocolate milk?
— Elizabeth Tait
Answer:
Yes, of course. You can drink almond chocolate milk might be a little bit sugar before bed. But yeah, that's probably what I would tell you is that's a great way to be able to look for Alternatives. There are a lot of plant-based milks out there, you know, and some of them that are great that don't have the fat content too. Like oat milk is one of those it's a great plant-based alternative. That's actually might be pretty good warm. To help you sleep too. So that way you're getting you know, what you love and that flavor and that texture at the end of the night, but you're not getting the cholesterol to come along with that as well. And you know, it's just better for the environment and for the animals too. So, you know, that might be a good option to be able to do is doing an oat milk. You could also do an almond milk or a soy milk or something like that too. But when I was still people with plant-based milks is to try them to see what works best for you and you might find that there are different almond milks that are different plant-based milks that are good for other Solutions. So like some dishes need fat in them, you know, as far as the milk goes. So like if I was going to make, you know, like a white sauce of some sort typically would use an almond milk to be able to get the fat out of it as well too.
