I have a favorite banana nut bread recipe which lists butter. What would be a good substitute in a plant based diet?

Answer:
A good substitute is vegan butter. There are some really nice tasting vegan butter today. So that's not a problem. There are many really good vegan. Banana breads already, but if that's the only thing that you have to substitute go ahead and use a vegan butter.
