If you use an obscure ingredient will you please outline where to buy it, how to store it and for how long?

Answer:
I don't think I'm using anything obscure at all. Today. I'm using chocolate vegan sweeteners flowers flower. Cocoa powder is cocoa powder. We do use agar in the course, which is, you know to me that's a secret ingredient. It's really it's vegan gelatin, but you can find that in any grocery store. So there you go.
