What badges are currently available?
The Rouxbe digital badging program with Credly currently awards badges for these courses:

Digital Badges represent the time, effort, and successful completion of your culinary education and training at Rouxbe Online Culinary School. Based on your skills you can learn which employers are hiring, what job titles you might be qualified for, salary ranges, and more. How to apply for ACF certification
STEP ONE: Activate your badge on the Rouxbe platform
- Before you can claim your digital badge, please ensure you’ve activated it within your dashboard. If you’re unsure how to do this, click here for step-by-step instructions.
- Once your badge is activated, you will receive an email from Credly with instructions to create your account and claim your digital badge.
STEP TWO: Determine the ACF Certification you will be applying for
ACF Certified Culinarian (CC)
CC Accreditation Requirements: to be eligible for the Certified Culinarian (CC) accreditation, there are key requirements:

- Completion of Culinary Foundations Level 1 & 2, which together represent 110 continuing education hours—this fulfills the first requirement.
- In addition, applicants must complete three mandatory courses recognized by the American Culinary Federation (ACF):
- 30-hour Nutrition course
- 30-hour Food Safety and Sanitation course
- 30-hour Supervisory Management course
These courses can be purchased individually or as part of a discounted bundle and can be purchased HERE and will be available on your dashboard after purchase.
Certified Fundamentals Cook (CFC)
CFC Accreditation Requirements: to be eligible for the Certified Fundamentals Cook (CFC) accreditation, there are key requirements:

Certified Sous Chef (CSC)
CSC Accreditation Requirements: to be eligible for the Certified Sous Chef (CSC) accreditation, candidates must complete a minimum of 150 continuing education hours.

- Please note that Culinary Foundations level 1&2 combined provide 110 hours, so additional hours will be required to meet the full requirement.
