Showcase your Continued Learning and Professional Growth with Earned Certifications

  • Rouxbe is officially recognized by the American Council on Education (ACE) for college credits for completing qualified programs with a 75% or above. Our programs are also recognized by the American Culinary Federation Education Foundation (ACFEF), World Association of Chefs' Societies (World Chefs), and the Association of Nutrition & Foodservice Professionals (ANFP).

Rouxbe Courses are recognized as an American Culinary Federation Education Foundation Approved Program for Continuing Education hours.

Three Rouxbe programs allow qualified candidates to become automatically eligible for the Worldchefs Global Culinary Certification at the levels of Certified Professional Cook/Commis Chef or Certified Chef de Partie via their Fast Track Certification program.

Rouxbe Courses are approved for continuing education units by ANFP for courses with a corresponding Prior Approval (PA).

What badges are currently available?

The Rouxbe digital badging program with Credly currently awards badges for these courses: 
Learn, earn and display a digital badge—a graphical representation of your knowledge and skills. Digital Badges represent the time, effort, and successful completion of your culinary education and training at Rouxbe Online Culinary School. Based on your skills you can learn which employers are hiring, what job titles you might be qualified for, salary ranges, and more. How to apply for ACF certification 

STEP ONE:

Rouxbe courses with Continuing Education Hours may be applied to ACF certification. To accept your badge from Credly, please visit your student dashboard or reference the email sent to you upon graduating from your course. Please note: In order for your automatic email from Credly to be generated to register, you must make sure that you have finished the course from the “Manage” tab on your dashboard, and that your certificates have been generated. STEP TWO:

Apply for one of the most common ACF Certifications for Rouxbe graduates: 
   ACF Chef de Cuisine
   ACF Certified Culinarian
